After two successful editions in 2016 and 2018, the PETR Pays Lauragais looks forward to seeing you on Sunday October 17 for the 3rd edition of the Canalathlon. This friendly, festive and united event around the canal du Midi will take place between Fanjeaux, Montreal and Bram with a new itinerary, new activities and even more surprises!
This sporting event is a relay course by team of 4 people made up of several disciplines:
- Orienteering course
- Cycling / mountain biking
- Run
- Canoe
The arrival village at Lordat Castle will be free, open to all and will include a market for local producers and artisans, as well as fun and “eco-responsible” activities.
The price to participate in the race is 24 € per person or 96 € per team. The price includes :
- Registration for the race for 4 people (Road book, bibs, canoe rental, supplies, provision of emergency services)
- On arrival, a comfort supply in the form of a Country aperitif, a dish of your choice per person made by our local producers and 2 checks of 5 € per team to spend on the farmers market (for dessert or other small pleasures!).
- One gift per person
For each registration, € 2 / person will be donated to the Canal du Midi replanting project. It is also possible to make an additional donation at the time of registration.
The health pass is mandatory to participate in the race and access the arrival village.
