Celebration of the VNF and Heritage Foundation partnership at La Kunsthalle in Mulhouse (68)

Voies navigables de France is organizing a celebration on October 11, 2021 to thank the Heritage Mission carried by the Heritage Foundation, which allows the Kembs-Niffer lock (Haut-Rhin), designed by the architect Le Corbusier to receive 300,000 € for its restoration.

The Heritage Mission, led by the Heritage Foundation and supported by Stéphane Bern, unveiled last year the amounts allocated to the 101 winning sites for the 2020 season. Among them, two waterway restoration projects of France were selected, including the Kembs-Niffer lock (Haut-Rhin), designed by architect Le Corbusier, financed to the tune of € 300,000.

Voies navigables de France would like to thank the Fondation du patrimoine for its support in preserving the historical and technical richness of its works which mark out French waterways and which make Voies navigables de France a full player in the heritage of our country. .

To celebrate this partnership, we are very happy to invite you to La Kunsthalle, Contemporary Art Center of National Interest in Mulhouse, on Monday, October 11, 2021:

  • 11:00 am Welcome and visit of the temporary exhibition, Circumnavigation until exhaustion by Brazilian artist Clarissa Tossin.
